Creating a shared parent email account

Our team email groups and GroupMe groups allow for both parents to join. That’s how the majority of our Cincy SC communications go out.
However, player-specific tryout reminders and account status messages can only be sent to one email address per player. But with a little setup, you can still get those messages sent to each parent. Here’s how:
  • Option 1a: create a shared email account that you use for family-related things that you can both access. E.g., or
  • Option 1b: create a shared email that automatically forwards messages to both parents (benefit: you don’t have to log into a separate email account).
  • Option 2: create a rule/filter in your email that automatically forwards any messages coming from to the other parent.
