Members of Google Groups can change their delivery settings so that they get messages less frequently or so that they receive messages to a different email account.
If your preferred email address is not included in the group, you can ask your PA to add it or you can go to the group website and request to join the group. The group manager will get a notification and will add you.
To change your delivery settings, which could include changing the frequency of emails or the email address used (assuming you have multiple email addresses connected to your Google account), go here:
- Go to https://groups.google.com/a/cincysc.com/d/forum/
- Select My Groups
- In the top right, choose “My Settings”
- Choose “Membership and Email Settings
