We’re excited to announce a new boredom-defeating, endorphin-stimulating, energy-burning, at-home training program, Morning Kick! Here’s how it works:

  1. Work out – players complete activities on their age-specific worksheet.
  2. Report scores – player or parent enters scores through a simple form.
  3. Compete – we’ll set up different competitions as we go: Premier vs Elite, Boys vs Girls, maybe even Cincy SC vs another club!
  4. Win! – Coaches monitor results, encourage players, celebrate victories, and even participate!
