30 Days Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Gift Cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return or exchange, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work out a time for you to bring your item to the Club Shop, then process your refund or exchange.
Please do not give your item to your team Coach.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Certain items will be accepted for replacement if it is believed that the item has a manufacturer’s defect – such as a backpack with faulty strap stitching. These rare returns/refunds will be accepted up to 90 days from purchase. Email email@example.com to request a replacement item.
