Why did you start Cincy SC?
I love coaching and helping players develop their love for the game and getting to still spend my evenings on the soccer field. When Russell was my Director of Coaching at Hammer, I loved his approach and how he always found ways to make things more fun and make me better as a coach. He and I shared a vision to create a club with a community feel, excellent communications, and a set of core values that would positively guide our coaches and families. It’s going to be epic.
